4. Limitation of Liability

While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain reliable functionality, the developer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or absolute accuracy of automated outputs. The application is hosted on a VPS environment located in France and provided through OVHcloud infrastructure, and the developer is not responsible for outages, interruptions, or infrastructure failures caused by hosting providers, network conditions, or events outside the developer's reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for data loss, missed events, service interruptions, scheduling conflicts, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
5. Modifications
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the application, legal requirements, or operational practices. Continued use of the application after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of those revised terms.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the developer's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. If a legal dispute arises, it shall be handled in the appropriate forum permitted under applicable law.
